The Withdrawal / Cancellation policy follows the prevalent terms and conditions laid out in the respective pamphlets and brochures. For clarification, please contact microdia healthcare for details. However, if payment is made via on-line credit card, a prevalent bank charge of 2.5% of the fee will be levied for withdrawal / cancellation.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
15. Chinese Version
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English version of the Terms of Use and its Chinese translation, the English version prevails. If any part of the Chinese translation is unclear, reference should be made to the English version. The Chinese translation shall not be translated into English for the purpose of comparing with or interpreting the English version.

Returns & Refunds
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returns made within 7 days of receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 7 days, MICRODIA HealthCare cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects for items under warranty (please see Warranty page for more details). Items purchased on sale are final sale, and are not eligible for refunds. Only items purchased directly on MICRODIA HealthCare eSHOP will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returns without receipt may be refused. MICRODIA HealthCare reserves the right to deny any returns.
Not satisfied with your product?
Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
Please email info@microdia.com to start the return process with the following information:
- Order number or Transaction Code
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact number & email address
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product. Customers will need to cover expenses associated with returned products.
Refunds:
Processed refunds will be completed within 14 business days in most cases. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping and a Restocking fee of US$10.00 will be deducted from the refund.
Cancelling Orders:
Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the shipping cost of this return will be borne by customer.

1. How can I make changes to my order?

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed between 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.
3. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. We try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you will be able to select your country and view the options available to you. If you don’t see your country listed and are interested in placing an order, please email info@microdia.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
4. What are my shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. Please refer to the Shipping for details.
5. Do I have to pay for duties, import taxes, VAT and other customs clearance fees?
Import duties, taxes, VAT and other customs related charges are not included in the price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Your country’s Customs may request payment for these customs charges.

MICRODIA HealthCare Limited Warranty Statement
MICRODIA HEALTHCARE LTD. ("MICRODIA HealthCare") warrants to the original end user, that this product, excluding content and or software supplied with or on the product, will be free from defects in material and workmanship, will be fit for normal use during the Warranty Period specified below commencing on the date of purchase provided that this product is legally placed on the market and is registered on www.microdia healthcare.com within 14 days after purchase.
To make a warranty claim please contact MICRODIA HealthCare at info@microdia.com within the Warranty period and provide proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase and name of the reseller), original packaging and product name, type and serial number. You may return the product after first obtaining a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and following any other guidelines listed. For further information see www.microdiahealthcare.com and select “support”.
Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, MICRODIA HealthCare will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of this product that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by MICRODIA HealthCare on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to this product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US as well as other countries’ export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective MICRODIA HealthCare products, as provided above. MICRODIA HealthCare is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing MICRODIA HealthCare products.
This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, MICRODIA HealthCare 's sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware.
This constitutes MICRODIA HealthCare 's entire liability which will never exceed the price you paid for it, plus the necessary costs you made for the warranty claim. MICRODIA HealthCare products must not be used in applications where failure could threaten injury or life, such as life support systems. MICRODIA HealthCare DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IF MICRODIA CANNOT DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY DURATION ON ANY REPLACED PRODUCT WILL BE THAT PORTION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD REMAINING ON YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
To obtain warranty service, you must register your MICRODIA HealthCare product Online within 14 days after purchase, then contact MICRODIA HealthCare at info@microdia.com within the Warranty period and provide proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase and name of the reseller), original packaging and product name, type and number. You may return the product after first obtaining a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and following any other guidelines listed. For further information see MICRODIA HealthCase and select “support”.
The defective product should be sent by freight-prepaid via FedEx and insured, to MICRODIA HealthCare Corporation Ltd., Customer Service Department, GPO BOX 10160, HONG KONG. Products shipped to this address must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. MICRODIA HealthCare will not be responsible for any expenses incurred for utilizing the freight and custom clearance fee.
The returned product will become the property of MICRODIA HealthCare. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at MICRODIA HealthCare expense. Repaired or replacement product will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty.
